I have removed it at the reply ability level. But, keep in mind that this could be the cause of negative situations to the site. We also need to keep also in mind that the same was and is still applicable to a banned member or when the thread was frozen. So, we have an inconsistency here. But, I acknowledged your request and removed it from there.
