I hope so too. However, you might think about this notion - "You can get a lot more with a kind word, and a gun, than you can with just a kind word!" <g>

>Well I respect your point of view but I still think that I'm better off without a gun. I just hope that I'll always think that way.

>>I didn't see Michael Moore's (any movie), so I can't comment on it. As for Chalton Heston, he was the consumate actor and gentleman, as far as I know.

>>We feel we have a right to our firearms because it is granted in the constitution and the US Supremes agreed on that this past summer. I forget who said it, but I believe it, "an armed society,is a polite society". We would be much more polite around here if every law abiding citizen carried a pistol. It's the criminals carrying them that bothers me. I've never been attacked by a law abiding citizen, with a handgun. It was always the thugs.

>>>What did you think of Michael Moore's movie "Bowling for Columbine"?

>>>You see like I'd say the majority of Canadians I'm for gun control. Buuut I'm opened to understand why you guys really think that you should all have guns. I understand that in some way it's better to have protection just in case but from that point where does it stop? Hmm scary to say the least.
