I didn't sign up for the breakout prices, but the average did seem low.
However, I certainly think you would qualify as above average ;)
Obviously skill, experience, business savvy have a lot to do with it, just as with salaries. I have a little rule of thumb that was useful to me when I was between both worlds:
HrWage=Salary/1000
So I would charge $100/Hr if I felt I could get a full time job at $100K
