No, not on every click, and I can't even say for sure it's every time I click the Send button. But these delays are not unusual at all, including today. I really don't think the problem is on my end.

UPDATE: I just measured the time it took from the time I posted the first reply to this message until it displayed. It was 1 minute and 57 seconds. Clicking the Update button to begin this update was nearly instant.

2ND UPDATE: As was the posting of the first update. It seems to be in posting the first reply to a message where the slowdown occurs.
