I didn't capture it. It was an error message that ended with "You will be returned to the main page."

I clicked the back button, my post was still there (not sent yet) so I waited 30 seconds and clicked send again and it worked the 2nd time.

The other time today I clicked on the update button and the result was a 404 Page Not Found error in the lower pane where the message should display...
