No, I haven't read it, and based on that summation I don't intend to. Yes, Bruce's popularity has made a lot of money for him and his record company. That doesn't make him a sellout. He still embodies the spirit of rock and roll, he's still writing new music (unlike some "classic rock" bands who haven't written anything in decades but are still going on megabuck tours), he's still got his heart and his soul. Goodman sounds like some leftover 60s folkie who sees evil in every dollar bill.
