I had to install vcredist_x86 on Win. XP and Win. 2000 machines

My app. is using Craig Boyd's encryption.

Everything went fine on the XP machines. Before installing I received an error message about an API call. Noe everything is ok on the XP machines.

I have the same error message on a W2000 machine even after installing vcredist_x86.
