If somebody has something that does it, I'd rather not spend the time doing it myself. That's all.

There may be no special relationship between the selection of month and year. However, how the user is presented with those choices is a different issue. A combox box for year and one for month is unappealing -- I'd like something with a nicer appearance, if possible.
