Aloha :)

Maybe market will get back to their senses with this crises, bailouts and all that.
If ROI and Cost/Functionality becomes important again, then VFP just might get new lease on life.

If VFP based solution can cut the mustard for the fraction of the price, then some of those less stupid managements
might decide to ignore market scare-crows, folow common sense and buy what is affordable today
versus what is 'strategic' on the long run.
(Those xxx-grade funds marketed by famous *financial advicers* were also highly strategic huh ? {g} )

Also I don't think companies will be refurbishing with new PCs as easy as it used to be the case in the past.
Therefore I cannot foresee anything jeopardising Fox in a near future. In this respect W7 might be in much worse situation
then Fox.
Maybe there will be no abundance of new foxpro projects; but between fixing/improving existing VFP legacy apps
and rising big budget for full conversion to new platform, guess what will be the preferable solution nowdays.

Play/experiment with whatever, but keep FoxPro 'guns' handy.

Cheers :)
