What concerns me is that he is doing exactly what he stated back in December need to stop:

For what it's worth, 11 Democrats (one is a congressman in my state) - in addition to the Repubs - strongly objected to the package.

Still, there are good pieces in the package and I'm not sure that we should throw the baby out with the bathwater. As I wrote to Mike earlier, there is always give and take and no one will be completely happy with the package. On balance, are there more good pieces than bad?
