There is some new law that supposed to go in effect this July that prevents these dirtbag credit card companies from doing stuff like this - so between now and then they will be doing WHATEVER they can to jack up your rates. Personally I think it was stupid to make the law not go into effect right away to prevent these types of things from happening.
