And when I read your message I thought that what if the application slow down is caused by the fact that the first user opens Foxuser.dbf is some kind of a way that slows down the second user. I already sent them an email asking to send me their config.fpw so that I can see what (if any) setting they have.

I do not believe that it could be the cause of such slowdown.
