The browser control will not respect VFP printer settings. The article
How to change print settings for Internet Explorer and the WebBrowser control programmatically in Internet Explorer seems to suggest that printer can be changed by modifying the registry.
Another way is to change Windows default printer, as shown in Changing Windows default printer, before printing and restore after but it'll affect all applications on PC.
