Our company is presently receiving thousands of time sheets weekly from employee's. We need to have a signed time sheet from each client. In stead of dealing with all the paper copies that are being created by out fax machine, we are thinking about having something that will create PDF documents rather than the paper fax.

Anyone doing something similar out there and is so, would you give us some suggestions on what to look for and how it is working for you.

I am thinking that our server could be receiving these faxes and create the pdf document that we could then control rather than having someone collect all the paper faxes and distribute them.
