No, but warm enough for everyone to notice and to comment on it:

Frankly, I don't care about perceived hypocrisy regarding temperature and energy usage when it comes to the oval office. I do not want the man who is making the most important decisions in this country uncomfortable and unable to concentrate or focus... Feed him scones and ice cream and up the temperature to 90 degrees everyday if that makes him more comfortable...
