These are approximate quotes from actual recent polls, they were presented by major news outlets. CNN had an analysis of these to illustrate how questions are asked is important. (1) had something like 15% higher YES response than (2). I'm not sure which outfit did (1), though, I don't think they revealed it...(2) was by CNN...and they did indeed present this as a response to (1)...
