Hmmm..... I am not sure about UrlEncode is what I need..
For example..
?UrlEncode("M&M's") returns M%26M%27s

And when I add this text to FrontPage for example.. the text looks M%26M%27s

This encoding need for XML ... because if XML text contains for example & (amp) - then XML file no more readable :(
And because by communication standard I must use ISO-8859-1 - the only way what can I see.. its HTML encode.
