Yes. I remember out thread but
Its just looks not a same for me ..
for example & must be converrted to [amp] word there.. not to %..
I am not sure about my XML which has in header

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

will readable..
but.. if the string has exact "&" character - the XML is invalid
