As for the Save to folder, I have to keep this one below as this one varies in length depending on the folder names members are chosen and I need to keep it below with another drop down that will be added shortly. There isn't much place for flexibility in there. With the ongoing evolution of the site, sometimes, I have to make some decisions as otherwise, it would block me from implementing new options or making actual ones evolved. In regards to the view message, there are a lot of factors that are related to that. And, for some of them, in order to resolve them, I had to adjust to make sure the toolbar wouldn't be a factor anymore of unwanted resizing when viewing certain messages. Whatever is in there is pretty much dynamic. I am trying to concentrate of putting those dynamic options in the second row, except the Previous and Next which will always remain at the top.

I was asking to have an option to flip the rows: make the first row second and vise versa.
The second request was to have an option to turn off useless text labels. They only create a clutter.
