We had some variable length indexes in some of our tables and got really busy, so we are just now getting to migrate over to VFP9. We made the indexes fixed length, so that is all OK now.

Testing with the program with the VFP9 exe shows a few differences that are unfavorable over the VFP8 exe. The initial starting of the exe is much slower and every time you pull up a report it is also much slower to pull up. Are there any tweaks or settings that I should be aware of to make the VFP9 exe run as smooth as or better than the VFP8 exe?
