>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>I have a ASP.NET application using VFP data. The web application connects to the data via OleDb driver. We have a situation where the database is locked and we can't reindex tables. What I mean by locked is that there is a process that "holds" database container as well as .CDX files and won't let us to reindex. How can I find out and where on the server where ASP.NET application the process that holds the tables and index files? How can I disconnect them?

What you're using - DataReader or DataSet? How exactly do you access data in your application?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
