The fact that you honestly believe that (or perhaps you are just trying to push buttons) is amazing.

Not a good analogy, but when somone loses a limb for medical reasons, do we just chop it off with no consider to pain and suffering? Has it ever been acceptable to euthanize animals without consideration to pain and suffering? Why are some weapons used in warfare deemed too violent and painful for use even in a time of war? Or is killing just killing no matter how it is done? Should everyone stop defending themselves or should we just go hog-wild and use whatever means are available to get the job done? The end result is the same regardless. It looks like your sole intention was not to focus on medical procedure but rather your ideological views.
