There is this big SUBSCRIBE on top of the main page and to every page of the sites. I also have this big banner on top of the main page since yesterday also. I also have pretty much all the required options for the subscription to link to the payment page. Additionnaly to that, we send the renewal notice a week before the expiration of the subscription and another email as a reminder in case the member forgot to renew. So, I really do not know what I could do more but maybe to add also that banner on top of the account page for those not subscribed. What do you think?
