Fll files need to be in the project so the project manager can read their headers and know which functions are in them, so it won't complain about "cannot find ThisUnknownFunction()", but OTOH these files are automatically marked as excluded, because they need to be distributed as separate files, not within the exe. Sounds contradictory, but so it is.
