I have a top level form with a couple of lines on it which I am
using to set up a couple of frames. The lines are draggable and the problem occurs when I drag the lines off the form they keep going.
I want the effect to act like windows explorer lines where the moving lines stop before the side and the mouse pointer keeps going.
