There is no built-in, automatic, .NET functionality to do this. You'd need to design and code it yourself. There are, of course, pros and cons to refreshing the data automatically, so you might want to think about the architecture of your system to see how you want to handle it ... an example, rather than just automatically refreshing (going back to the database and re-getting the data), you might want to give the user the option as to whether he/she wants/needs to do it.
