I have some questions here.
1. Although I have suspected for quite a while that the U.S. is preparing for another war, I don't see the relation in this particular case. The article looks just like a description of routine military training. Is it just the fact that that these ware preparations are mentioned in the news?
2. By "always happens about 3-6 months out", I assume 3-6 months after a new president takes office. Has there indeed been such a pattern?
3. If yes, do you have any reasonable explanation?
