Like Jay, I never saw the attachment to your post. The color of the icon isn't very visible. The other problem is with the location. All the text is on the left while the icon is at the far right of the message panel. Since I've hidden the right panel and I've maximised the message panel, there's a lot of white space between the text and the icon.

This observation is obviously not addressed to you Jos, but for Michel Fournier. A better position for the icon should be right bellow the Title IMHO, just like Outlook. Or at least use a color that will catch our eyes.
