I am having a problem with some users that have machines capable of running Vista Aero. It appears that it takes some time for the operating system to unlock EXE files and sometimes other files. Is there a way to MAKE the system unlock all files that are currently not actively used? I have heard that it is possible to programatically switch out of Aero Mode. What is the API for that?
