Find the .MDB file and zip up the whole darn thing (if possible). It's better to have a copy of the whole database where possible until you understand the relationships within the schema: You may break some relationships with a "COPY NEXT 500" type approach.
Then back when you have access to VFP, create a DSN and link to the tables via VFP remote views, as John Peterson pointed out.
