It's definitely not VFP problem. It could be Windows caching or aggressive antivirus.

At the point where a new exe file is copied in, the system says that the file is in use and the update stops. 30 to 60 seconds later they are able to run the update successfully. This only happens on Vista (VS!) . When this happens they always call tech support before retrying, and tech support is on my back to fix the problem. What do you think?
