I'm trying to use Doug Hennig's SQLXMLBulkLoad tool:

to upload large tables to SQL server and keep getting the error message:
No data was provided for column 'memofield' on table 'tablename', and this column cannot contain NULL values.

Now I could cheat and just allow NULL values on the field, but does anyone know how to get this to work when dealing with empty memo fields?
