If anyone is looking for a free full featured open source .NET IDE, this is the one. While no match for Visual Studio+Resharper if your boss is footing the bill for the IDE, it was my IDE of choice when I was an independent consultant.

I liked it so much I ended up contributing a template to it and a handful of patches to the debugger. Its also a great alternative to visual studio if you need to be able to step through code on a machine not connected to a network where you can't (for legal or whatever reasons) reproduce the environment elsewhere to reproduce bugs.
