In the MM.NET Documentation instructions for installing the MM.Net Telerik Web Controls Step 3 line 5 says to select all of the MM.NET Telerik Web controls. I do not see any of these controls.

I manually unzipped the Telerik Q2 2008 web controls and added each of the dlls to the cache. I then installed the MM .NET 2008 Telerik Web Controls (Version 2008.2.1001).msi file. There was no Telerik dll file for RadDateInput, RadDatePicker, RadDateTimePicker, RadMaskedTextBox, RadNumericTextBox, or RadTimePicker, but I did add the RadInput.dll to the GAC.

I did not do use the Full installation of the Telerik Web Controls because I also use the RadAjax controls which only uses the one dll file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
