As far as the courts, what's the percentage of deadbeat dads in Kansas? We can see how well THAT works when the children have already been born. Nope, pretty much the women are left on there own if the man bails. Please note the last part of that phrase. No where am I saying that "all men will bail" or "women are ALWAYS left on their own". People will do whatever people are going to do, and if the man is going to excercize his right to walk away, the woman should also be able to.
