Yes, I've noticed, and it makes a lot of sense; they just have to be careful about how they screen "likely voters," and then they'll need a much larger sample of respondents to achieve the same +- 3% accuracy, since they have to throw out all the unlikely voters. It's not very important what those who stay home on election day think with respect to politically-related issues, is it?
