Hi Bill.

>Does anyone know how to turn off virtualization and installer detection in Vista Home Premium to keep the OS from shuffling the DB tables around?

Assuming this isn't possible or easily done, how about making the directory read-write? Definitely something I'd recommend against but if you're not willing or able to install the application in a different folder and you're not willing or able to rewrite it to store the data somewhere else, this is likely the only other option.
