The conversion is still done through the Word automation.

>Yeah, That's what I was thinking as well. In fact, I emailed Martin at XFRX and he said that XFRX first creates a temporary XML file, then this file is opened in Word and converted to a .doc file. He suggested that It appears that XFRX can instantiate the word com object but then Word fails to open the temporary XML file that XFRX prepares. However, all the permissions seem to be set correctly for the ASP account. So, not sure what else to try.
