It must be me then. I can't find any summary at your link at all, never mind one that says they strike was called by Obama. According to the story, the CIA has been running these drone attacks for quite a while - since long before Obama took over, and I assume that all he's done at this point is allowed them to continue. Does the story suggest somewhere that the president actually calls each of the strikes personally? If it does, I missed it. But then, I am getting old.

Oh, wait. I just read some of Tracy's links. I see now what this is about.
