Any suggestion on how to find the exact vcx or what can be done?

In CodeBook speak I have checked the c-Layer cBaseForm with a parentclass as Form and that too has this problem. I also tried to get from source control the version as far back as 2005 and this problem still happens at the level, though I must say I have noticed this behavior only after the upgrade.

I will still try a few things I have in mind tomorrow but wanted to give you an interim update.
