It's a federal holiday so banks and many businesses are closed. I have the day off technically, but I will be working (projects and deadlines) anyway. Most retail places are open and typically have sales all weekends, but the best deals are today: "Presidents Day Sales" It was scheduled as a teacher workday and students were supposed to be out of school, but due to the snow days we had this year, it is now a make-up day so my daughter is headed to school.
