>>I am going to be developing a VFP 6.0 app in a few weeks that will need to access a 315 field Clipper table. Does the new VFP allow for more than 255 fields in one table? And if it doesn't, does anyone have a Clipper ODBC file?

Clipper allows for up to 1024 fields per table. If I try to open the table in question with VFP (3.0) it says that it isn't a valid table.
