He's been causing much stir in cricket in the West Indiesby pouring vast amounts of money but then walking away when he didn't get all he wanted (thats why his accusation of fraud was big news here)I don't know if it was anything to do with that . He has some sort of citizenship there which maybe makes him knightable.
