When turning off Windows it offered option to install updates then turn off, which I chose. That lead to a message not to unplug machine, indicating that it would turn itself off automatically. That happened almost an hour ago...

Is that normal? What can be done if so much time passes, for example 24 hours, that it probably means a hung process?
