Yes did that exactly same error. interestingly what happens is, when i try to log off from the pc in question, word pops up and asks whether
i want to save document1,document2 etc., as if object was created but had to stop bcoz of error got in our app.

i checked event viewer but errors there. no clues at the moment where else to start for this problem!!!
