Instead of having the following tables:

Member, Choice (6 available choices), MemberChoice (which is the one to many relationship)

I was focusing on having six additional fields in Member instead. So, when doing the query, it would boost the performance. Knowing that this would be used heavily for a ton of searches on a daily basis, I think it would make sense to consider such design.
