I tried to use this a little while ago to help someone setup their new laptop, but sometimes I had control, and sometimes I didn't. When it came to the point where I was making changes to programs, settings, installing, etc, then it would not let me do it. Other times it did. Why? Also, is there a free alternative to take over control so I can really have complete control?
