Iran has a Shahab-5 missile with a range of over 3000 miles. And the North Koreans, among others, have sold them other stuff.

( I suspect the Israelis, knowing this, have a few tricks of their own up their sleeves. Man, if I were the Iranians I'd be real nervous about anything - or anybody -I bought abroad. <s> )
