Hi Moises.
Although you can change the system drive letter is not recommended
because you will get a very confused windows, more than it is already. :)
My best advice is for you to reinstall, again. :)
Sometimes, Windows Setup mistakes when enumerating drive letters
and sometimes it's just the way the setup is done.
For example, if setup founds a PenDisk or External HDD connected
in the computer it will enumerate them as C: and subsequent because
your new hard disk has no partitions on it. And if your computer has
Card Readers is the same.
The flawlless way is:
1. Unplug Storage devices such PenDisk, External HardDisk and Card Readers
before installing.
2. During setup, when creating partitions on the disk check if the letter C: is
atributted to the new partition. If not, press F3 to exit Setup and restart it again.
Now the letters will be correct. If not, delete the partitions and creat them again.
Hope this can help.
