Why have the Next and Previous page buttons in the first place? The whole idea of a page frame is to click the tab of the page you want. Simple, intuitive. IMO separate buttons add nothing and in fact might cause confusion. If I encountered that interface my reaction would probably be "Next what? Previous what?"
